What you agree to when you book, buy, or train with us.

These terms apply when you use this website, book a session, buy a pack or membership, or use the facilities at Combat Recovery Center, 1425 W 14th St, Suite 205, Upstairs inside Arizona Combat Sports, Tempe, AZ 85281.
Booking a session
Sessions are booked through Zipper, our scheduling provider. A booking is confirmed when Zipper confirms it, not when you submit it. Sessions run for the length shown at booking and start at the scheduled time.
Payment
Single sessions, packs, and memberships are paid through Zipper. Membership fees recur automatically on the schedule you agreed to at signup. Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change; the price you were charged at purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, membership minimum terms, session pack expiry, late cancellations, and no-shows are all governed by our refund and cancellation policy. That policy is part of these terms. Where the two ever appear to differ, the refund and cancellation policy controls.
Using the studio
Cold plunge, infrared sauna, and red light therapy carry real physical demands. You agree to follow staff instruction and posted session limits, to leave a session if you feel unwell, and to use the facilities as directed. We may end a session or decline service where we believe it is unsafe or where conduct affects other members.
Health, and this is not medical care
Combat Recovery Center provides recovery services. Nothing on this website and nothing provided in the studio is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no service here is a substitute for care from your own physician. Heat and cold exposure are not appropriate for everyone. Talk to your doctor before starting if you are pregnant, or have a heart condition, blood pressure condition, circulatory condition, neuropathy, or any other condition affected by heat or cold. You are responsible for telling us about anything that affects your safety in a session.
Assumption of risk
You use the facilities voluntarily and accept the ordinary risks of heat exposure, cold exposure, and moving around a wet studio environment. Separate waiver or intake paperwork may be required before your first session, and where it is, that paperwork applies alongside these terms.
Age
Members must be 18 or older. A minor may use the facilities only with a parent or legal guardian present and only where we have agreed to it in advance in writing.
This website
We work to keep information here accurate, but session details, availability, and pricing can change. Text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Combat Recovery Center and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limits
To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, Combat Recovery Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the facilities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here waives a right that Arizona law says cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
