This policy explains how Combat Recovery Center handles information about you. It is written to describe what this website and this studio actually do, not what a template assumes.
Who we are

What this website collects
The website itself collects nothing about you. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no account to create. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email.
What we do not do
- We do not run analytics on this site. We cannot see which pages you visited.
- We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or session recording.
- We do not set our own cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Booking and payment
Bookings and purchases are handled by Zipper, our scheduling and payment provider. When you book a session or buy a pack or membership, you give that information to Zipper, and Zipper stores and processes it. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, the sessions you booked, and your payment details.
We never see or store your full card number. We can see your bookings and purchases inside our Zipper account so we can run the studio, contact you about an appointment, and apply this policy and our refund and cancellation policy.
Zipper handles that data under its own privacy terms as well as this one.
Fonts
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request, the same as any other file your browser fetches from another website.
In the studio
When you visit, we may ask for information needed to run a session safely, such as health considerations relevant to heat or cold exposure. We use that to make decisions about your session and to contact you. We do not publish it and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep things
We keep booking, membership, and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet Arizona tax and record-keeping requirements. Emails are kept as part of our normal correspondence.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. Some records we are required to keep, and we will tell you if that applies. Cancelling a membership is covered by the refund and cancellation policy, not this page.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
