Refund and cancellation.

Combat Recovery Center offers cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy sessions through single visits, session packs, and recurring memberships. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available.

1. Memberships

Recurring memberships carry a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the start date (the "Minimum Term"). During the Minimum Term:

• Membership fees are charged automatically on the agreed schedule, regardless of how often you use the studio.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Cancelling before the end of the Minimum Term requires payment of the remaining months' fees in full, due immediately upon cancellation.

Exceptions. The above does not apply where Arizona law requires otherwise, including:

• Total disability — a member who becomes totally disabled during the Minimum Term may cancel without owing the remaining balance (A.R.S. § 44-1793(E)).
• Contract voidability — the agreement may be void if it doesn't comply with Arizona's Health Spa Contract law (A.R.S. §§ 44-1791–1799), or was entered into based on false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Any other cancellation or voidance right that cannot be waived by agreement under applicable law.

After the Minimum Term, membership continues month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' written notice. No further payment is owed once that notice period passes.

How to cancel. Cancellation requests must be made by mail, personal delivery, or email to [email protected], per A.R.S. § 44-1793. Verbal requests do not stop billing.

2. Session Packs

5, 10, and 20-session packs are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law under Section 1's exceptions. Sessions expire one (1) year from the date of purchase and are non-transferable to another person unless approved in writing.

3. Single Sessions & Drop-Ins

Single-session and drop-in purchases are final at the time of purchase and non-refundable once the session has been used. An unused credit may be rescheduled once at no charge if cancelled with the notice described below.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled session: no charge, credit restored.
• Cancel less than 6 hours before your scheduled session: the session credit is used (deducted from your pack or billed as a drop-in).
• No-show: the session credit is used, the same as a late cancellation.

Combat Recovery Center may waive a late-cancellation or no-show charge at its discretion for documented emergencies.

5. Founder's Rate

Memberships enrolled at the Founder's Rate stay at that rate for as long as the membership remains active, under the same terms above. Cancelling forfeits the Founder's Rate — re-enrolling later is at then-current pricing.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund is owed under this policy or under Arizona law, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time, consistent with A.R.S. § 44-1793.
